Graze Safely
Upon delivery of the platter(s), the client takes full responsibility for upholding food safety and ensuring food is not exposed to sunlight or left unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances in advance.
Our grazing boxes and platters are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. Our products may contain nuts, gluten, dairy and soy products. While we may be able to label items containing possible allergens ahead of time on request, we do not guarantee that our products are allergen free as there is a high risk of cross-contamination. Anyone with a food allergy should refrain from or take extra caution from consuming our products.
Produce Availability
All ingredients are subject to availability. Fresh à la Board reserves the right to substitute items when ingredients may not be available due to seasonality. All substitutions are of equivalent quality and value.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible by law, Fresh A La Board, its owners, agents, or affiliates (“We”) will not under any circumstances be liable to you or any person directly or indirectly associated to you (“You”) for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses or damages to person or property arising from the use of our products, services or this website. Specifically but without limitation, We will not be liable to You for indirect or consequential loss or damage (including without limitation, lost profits, sales or revenue, commercial or economic loss of any kind, loss of goodwill or reputation, in contract, tort, negligence, statutory or otherwise arising from or associated with our products, services or this website.
